Caleb Bloomer & Sarah Dugmore
Caleb was christened on 3rd of April 1791 at Park Lane Presbyterian, Cradley, Worcestershire, England.
There is a record of Caleb Bloomer marrying Sarah Dugmore on the 31st of December 1811 at St. Peter's Aston, Warwickshire, (now a part of central Birmingham).
In the 1861 census Sarah is alive but widowed and living with her son Henry at "Back 62, St.Luke Street".
Henry Bloomer and Family
From the 1851 census we know that Henry Bloomer was a Pistol Maker and 25 in 1851, living at "Cregoe St., 8 Martins Bldg., Birmingham" his wife Elizabeth (born in Gloucester) aged 21. With them were a daughter, Sarah, aged 8 and a son, Henry, aged 2. Also living with them was Henry's widowed mother, Sarah Bloomer, aged 63.
From the 1861 census we know that Henry Bloomer was a "Castle Finisher Master, employing 3 Boys", living at ", Back 62, St Luke Street". Living with him are : his wife Elizabeth (36), Henry (13), Alfred (9), Elizabeth (4), Louisa (1), John (0) and Henry's mother Sarah (widow, 70).
From the 1881 British Census we know that in September 1881 Henry (55) and Elizabeth Bloomer (51), were living at 1 back 66 St. Lukes Road, Birmingham. With them are Alice (17, warehouse girl) John (20, bricklayer) and Henry (33, handicaped, "imbecile").
At the same time in 1881 at 2 back 66 St. Lukes Road, Birmingham were George T and Louisa Davies, nee Louisa Bloomer. At 1 Ct 5 St Lukes Rd (whatever 'Ct' stands for there were 10 of them) lived George Lewis (36) bricklayer and his wife Ann (31), who might be related to William Lewis.
Elizabeth Lewis
From Louisa Bloomer's birth certificate we know that her mother's maiden name was Lewis, from the census records we know that Elizabeth Lewis was born in Gloucester (or Gloster [sic]). However, finding a record of an Elizabeth Lewis of the right age born in Gloucester has been difficult.
There is a record of a christening of an Elizabeth Lewis on 10 Janurary 1830, with the father's name as William and the mother's as Elizabeth. This took place at Sedgley in Staffordshire. This is between Wolverhampton and Dudley (in the 'Black Country') not far from Birmingham.
The 1841 census has many Elizabeth Lewis's, born in Gloucestershire, and many living in Birmingham. But, not born in Gloucestershire and living in Birmingham. Of course she does not have to be anywhere in particular in 1841! We know her father's name was William, but not all of them are living with their father.

Anne Dugmore - possible matches
On 11 August 1761 an Anne Dugmore was christened at the New Meeting House Moor Street Unitarian, Birmingham. The parents were John and Bridget Dugmore. She would have been about 27 when Sarah was born.
On 28 September 1771 an Ann Dugmore was christened at Rolleston, Staffordshire, North of Birmingham. The parents were John and Anne Dugmore. She would have been about 17 when Sarah was born.
On 19 November 1783 a Hannah Dugmore was christened at Rolleston, Staffordshire, North of Birmingham. The parents were William and Sarah Dugmore. She would have been about 5 when Sarah was born and is therefore not a candidate for Sarah Mother. But, this record show at least two families named Dugmore in the same village at this time.
On 27 December 1736 a Anne Dugmore married James Green at Harborne, too early to be our Anne Dugmore, but it shows the Dugmores to be in Harborne at this time and using Anne as a forename.
On 5 July 1784 (four years before Sarah was born) a Anne Dugmore married Charles Merry at St. Martin's Birmingham. If this was our Anne her name would have been Anne Merry on the christening record.
On 8 November 1790 (two years after Sarah was born) a Anne Dugmore married John Shorthouse at St. Martin's Birmingham. This is a possible match, but would be more convincing if the location was Harborne.
